That is terrible. Some people. Well you offered help but I would get her a # for a local vet, the office & emergency # too for after hours. Hopefully it will go ok.She may learn the hard way that one main reason they shouldnt have pups so young is they are not mature enough & sometimes have no clue how. Believe me in my area I see stupid stuff like this all the time and I just tell people sometimes that we all just do as we wish & others sit back and dont or cant do anything but in the end everyone gets their reward. I hope no one gets by on a stupid ticket, yes it may qualify you for SSI but I hope it doesnt get you any further-that was mean-God will heal the minds of the sick & dumb but until then we loose sleep
