I don't know what Wal-Mart is trying to do, LOL...but they sure DO seem to have more doggie clothes than Target does. Well, here anyway. Although of course they never have the SPECIFIC item I am looking for, but that's just my bad luck - it always works out that way for me so I'm used to it lol
