I'd get her off that food as soon as you can, but w/ a transition period.
If she's a puppy, you should really get her to the vet. If she has giardia, it could take her down fast. She needs to be tested asap for giardia, coccidia. Ongoing diarrhea in a puppy indicates something is def. wrong and needing a vet's attention.
