Default Any (human) doctors or medical people?

I had a chest xray from my employee health department at the hospital that I work for because I had an allergic reaction to the TB skin test. Anyways, the xray showed that my lungs and heart were perfect, but it said I have an "elevated left hemidiaphragm". What is that? Should I be worried? How would it be treated? My mom made me get an appointment with her pulmonologist and I go in two weeks. I tried to do some research online and the only things I could find was in doctor language. If anyone knows anything about this, please let me know.
