I would gradually change her food - Mighty Dog isn't a good food. What food was she on before this? Check out www.dogfoodanalysis.com There are some premium foods on there. If you are looking for wet I recommend Evangers or Merricks - there are a lot of differing opinions on here as to which food to choose, but they are both good wet foods. For now, you could give some boiled chicken and rice until her stomach settles down and then slowly switch her to a premium food. If she isn't better in a day or two I would call the vet and have them check a stool sample to rule out anything that could be serious - giardia, coccidia, worms and things like that. Good luck! Hopefully she is feeling better soon
