I use Aussie moist shampoo on her. I also brush her every single day, sometimes twice depending on what outfit she has had on. Velcro just loves her hair. I have kinda found it to be a trial and error. What works for one may not work for another. Just like humans.
After having both types of coats, I actually prefer the cotton coat.

Annie looks like her mama and apparantly has the same coat. she is gorgeous in her little purple dress.
