Was he being aggressive or just really really excited and wanting to play? Sometimes dogs need time to get used to each other before they get along well, and some adults will tolerate puppies better than they will other adult dogs. You'll want to supervise your new puppy and your current dog around each other all the time at first to make sure they get along okay.

Also, the owners of that loose yorkie need to understand how fragile a yorkie is and keep her securely in the house! They're lucky she hasn't been run over or stolen
