Please help me I really dont know what to do.

My friend is going to be seriously hurt if I dont do something quick. But I really dont know what to do or how to help her........ Here's the exact email she sent me 5 seconds ago (but I changed the names to "sister" and "other sister") :

ok my sister came home last night and got mad that all my stuff was upstairs, cuz she dont want me being up here and even though she is only home 2 months outta the year, she still wants me to stay downstairs and wants this to be her room, so me and her fought about it last night and when i was sleeping, she put all of my stuff in boxes and put it on my dining room table and put all her stuff back where it was. when i got up i seen it went downstairs and asked my parents about it, they got mad, my dad told my sister that my stuff better be upstairs or all of her stuff will be out of this house. then he went to work, and said things will be ugly when he got home. well when he left me and my sister went at it agian, [[ while her boyfriend was here he stayed the night]] and she got in my face, i pushed her back, and then punched her in the face then my mom broke it up and i had to go to my grandmas to help her clean cuz she's trying to sell her house. after i did that me and my other sister went to the store and my mom called my sistes phone crying and said that my dad is going crazy and was throwning stuff at her and stuff. she said that she is scared that me and my sister will turn out like my dad and his sister[[ they HATE EACHOTHER i told you about this before]] and that me and my sister need to love eachother and need to stop fighting cuz we're sisters. and that my dad was going on how i should of beat the f*** outta my sister and stuff. well i started crying. then me and my other sister came home. i got in the shower and when i got out my dad started banging on the door and told me to hurry up and get my ass out of there. then he went up stairs and got in the other sisters face and told her to get on her computer. when she wasnt going fast enough he yelled louder and broke my mirror in the bathroom. then he ran downstairs. and waited till i got outta the bathroom down there, and then practially drug me up the steps and told me to get on my myspace. i asked why and he screamed down my throat and said that he was told that i am talking to some 21 year old guy on there and i have pictures of me with beer and stuff. i told him i didnt have any of that so i wasnt going on there. he yelled louder and said that if i dont get on there he will hit me so hard my whole face will break. so i tried getting on the internet but it wouldnt work. he kept asking me why i was talking to a 21 yr old guy and why im going over all these guys houses i started crying and siad that i wasnt. he called me a lying slut and i told him not to talk to me that way. then my mom ran up the steps and tried getting him to shut up. then my dad got in my face again and i told him to back up and he put his hand up to hit me but i took out my phone and typed in 911 and told him if he hit me i would call it. my mom kept begging him to stop and finally after like 10 min he did. he went down the steps. but a few mins later he yelled up them and said he will break evey bone in my body if i dont delete my myspace. im not going too. and i told him that. he's in the basement now. i was going to come over your house but my mom said that if i leave it will just make him madder. i have never been more scared in my entire life.
