I heard about this a few months ago, but also saw it on t.v. yesterday. I don't care what the owner of that place says (and OF COURSE she is going to say it's great - she is raking in the $$$!), I do not agree with this AT ALL. Can you imagine how unhealthy it is for the dogs to be bounced around from home to home? Never being able to bond with anyone for it's lifetime? It is just very, very SAD IMO. I bet those poor sweet babies are soooo confused
I think this should be illegal!
