I may actually have to start going to help my friend try to learn how to walk next week with her new knee brace. They are starting to allow her to try and put weight on the bad knee but its going to be tough since the cast will be on for alot longer on her other leg.

you need a "Deb Day"!! seriously. even if you only take a few hours to go do something for YOU. you have to do it or else you will wear yourself too thin and be no good. do you like pedicures? do you like anything like that? some people do, some don't. find something that you love and just go do it.
