I think it all depends on the trainers at the location, just like some petsmart groomers are good, others aren't. I have a friend that went to a petsmart for training and his dog is very well behaved. I'm going to enroll Rocky and Bella in Petsmart training as well because I met the trainer and really liked her. I would just talk with the trainer at your petco and see how you like them. Also see if you can contact their past students to see how they liked them.
