Both my dogs teeth are solid with no wiggling at all. Does your dog have a lot of tartar on those teeth that are wiggling? If so it could be peridontal disease which would cause them to loosen up. He seems too young to be having problems with his teeth...unless he has some retained puppy teeth that he never lost and that's what's loose. He also could have knocked them loose somehow and if they have a chance to rest, they could tighten up again. These are just my thoughts...I'm no expert.

I think you should hold off on the chews and I would recommend Petzlife spray or gel. It works great to get the teeth clean and keep them clean. A vet check probably wouldn't hurt either!
