Peeling potatoes is a pain. I actually bought some canned sliced potatoes when we went camping over the summer. I cooked them in oil with garlic powder and onions, and they were really good. Everyone loved them, I'm surprised. So, if you like fried potatoes and don't want to peel them, I recommend them! They really tasted better than frozen ones. |
