Anyone know how to make chicken fettucini? I have never made it myself and want to try it this weekend.
I thought if I cut the chicken and cooked it in olive oil and butter, with a little onion, garlic and broccoli with some basil and oregano and then made alfredo sauce to pour over it with fettucini noodles, it might be good. What do ya think? I think I will put in a little Marsala wine with the chicken too. |
