I just want to make this clear...I know you meant "keep HYDRATED", not "dehydrated".... and fwiw.....you can buy Pedialyte at almost any grocery store and a lot of them have their own store brand of electrolyte solution that's less expensive. Make sure you note the expiration date on any type that you buy though!
