I don't know Cesar personally, but I do know he reccommends shoes for all dogs year round and even coats when neccessary. I don't get offended easily, so no worries, I baby my Lou but he is a dog and know he has his own needs. I plan on applying what I already know from Louis and match that up with his makeup. Excersize, affection and discipline sounds reasonable to me.
