The human mom that is.....this is my first litter of pups. I am a horse breeder as well, but this is really different. With all of Missy's hair, I can't tell if the pups are nursing. If I try to look to take a peek, she moves around and gets worried, so I don't want to disturb her, just want to make sure that the pups are eating. She seems to be a bit worried and protective too. If I touch one of the pups she cleans it like CRAZY!!!!! She's a sweet sweet dog.......not being aggressive at all, maybe just a worried mom too??
