But I'd bet money some psycho-crazy Ellen fan somewhere thought "AH! This is the same dog Ellen had! Wouldn't it be cool if I got it?" and then managed to pass the inspection. :roll:
Then again, it could have gone to someone who didn't really care where it came from or all the drama, and just wanted a dog to love.
