Everyone, My foot has slightly improved. I sure appreciate all your input. Maybe it was caused from my diet during the time the kids were home. I did eat a lot of baked beans and also made chilli so maybe it was the beans.

This is so painful, has been for DollieDae too cause she is now having to learn to sleep not at the foot of my bed, she is not happy about that.

You are all great, thanks for helping me in this time of need.
