Here in NC there is a Child suppory ennforcement agency in raleigh. If you are court ordered to pay child support it shows on your credit and if you get behind it comes out of your taxes every year and they can garnish your wages ( though the employers do not have to sign the paper to allow it to be taken out of the wages).
If you miss a payment to child support the mother can file for non payment and can take the father to court without the father even knowing that it is in court. then they can issue a warrant if they find the father in contempt. |
