I am so sorry to hear what you are going through! That has got to be so hard and you've been way more than understanding about it all.
I have a dumb question though, lol -- is child support different than owing money to a creditor? I only ask because I didn't think that you could go to jail for owing money to someone, although I'm guessing in this case it's different because it's his obligation to his child, and that is ongoing? |
