The only problem with that is if she takes the $10/hr job, which is probably a 9-5 job, the she won't have time to look for another one, because companies schedule interviews during that time. And if she takes off work to go to the interview, she'll loose that job, because with most jobs you can't take a day off until at least 3 months.
