I dont believe I ever called
anyone a "bad owner". But since you asked...I do believe it is unsafe to take your dog in the car unrestrained. Please don't insinuate your guilty feelings onto me. No one was talking to you, or about you, so if you want to include yourself in an imaginary list of bad owners then that is your doing not mine!
