i would claim that kid on my taxes too, he didn't give you any money, so tell him your claiming the child on YOUR taxes!!!! Since you supported the child all year, toughin up girl,,, don't take no crap from him... It's hard but you can do it..... i've seen the crap my mom went thru.....
