I understand,My sister is going though this also.

Please report him.The Problem is some states dont take the extra time to get the "Dead beat Dads".

Yes, he can work under the table-no taxes-no record of income.He gets the money you get Jack nothing.

I would report him to the IRS.Next time he tries to use the kid(s).They will do a full audit.
