As a fellow member of 'the 26', let me just say that I'm glad you and Kimberly got all your affairs 'settled.' To bad the only thing awarded to either side in the agreement was a big ole' headache!
All over having your feelings hurt. Sometimes people should take a step back, put their ego (or egos in some cases) and realize that they'd be better off moving on from a negative situation. I really hope that is the case in the situation with the OP. No one wins in situations like this...just takes up your time that would be best speant elsewhere.
