That IS amazing .... when you look at it measured out it does look like she is eating enough! Nothing like a "reality check" ... I won't worry so much now! Thanks!! Now .. about OUR portions ... I did an experiment for myself yesterday! Patrick & I had a rare "homemade" sandwich for lunch and instead of my usual ... bread, meat, lettuce, tomato, etc., [usually becomes a "monster" when I have finished "building" it] ... I just built 1/2 of everything and was amazed that I was as full as I usually am when I eat a whole one!! I have always heard that you can lose weight by simply halving your portions but I had never tried it! Since I have put on a few pounds lately ... I'm going to try it for a few weeks! We'll see!!
