Do you have a parenting plan and support court that was entered via court? You need to enforce it. Go through support enforcement. I have my support automatically withdrawn from my ex-husband's paycheck. I wasn't going there. I've heard that if you owe more then like $2500 in back support or something like that you can't travel to Canada or out of country I think. My friend's ex-wife, is a piece of work (that's another story), anyway, she doesn't work. His support order is set up that he gets to claim the child on his taxes until she makes over $25k in a year and then it reverts to every other year. It's been 5 years and she's yet to do it.
