Normally I don't give benadryl unless it's for a rabies shot. I've never had to worry about a reaction with puppy shots but if you are worried then give your baby some and it depends on the weight of the puppy but of course before giving any medications check with your vet. I always give 1cc per pound ex...1 pound 1cc but usually I give a 1/2 cc less....But always check with your vet first!
