I run 5k (45-50 mins...im slow :P ) on the treadmill and then do crunches/squats/lunges, etc about 3-4 times a week. Im trying to find the Slim in 6 DVDs tho to add to it  |
Thanks, ill do that tommorrow. I did 100 situps and 100 legs squats where you put your legs straight together and lift them up to work your lower abs. I ran for 1/2 hr, well ran and jogged, i ran 5mph and also jogged when i was too tired lol its a start and it says i burned 400 cal but who knows if that's right
