Bills!
I was doing mine last night and realized my credit card bill was due in a week
and I had no bill!
I called the card company this am and requested a duplicate telling them
it must have got lost in the mail and I don't want a late fee.
Thinking I was doing the right thing she said there would be a $15.00
charge for the phone call. I said WHAT? Are you people bonkers. I am
asking for a bill so I can pay because the US mail lost it and you are
penilizing me $15.00 to make a phone call on a 800# to request a copy of the orginal bill! She waved the fee but come on.
How rediculious is that? I can't stop thinking about it.
It is Bank of America so I am going to shop around for another carrier
with lose interest. The nerve!
