Great thread!! Just a little advice..since youre doing so many sit ups, try to do it just 2-3 times a week. You may be overworking your muscles which will cause you to loose strength instead of getting that 6-pack! Or maybe do 50 regular, 50 with weights, 50 side sit ups, etc.
I run 5k (45-50 mins...im slow :P ) on the treadmill and then do crunches/squats/lunges, etc about 3-4 times a week. Im trying to find the Slim in 6 DVDs tho to add to it
