Work out thread I know there are a lot of ppl trying to lose weight or tone up so i thought this thread would be good. What kind of exercises are you doing? What time of day? Everytime you work out write it here. I'll go first
I'm going to work out now by running on the threadmill for 1/2 hour and do 200 sit ups, leg squats. Today is my 2nd day in a row doing this. Usually i won't go thru cuz i forget cause of school, etc. so now im really trying to stick with it |
