Thanks for the answer. She slept better last night and day by day she is recovering. She has a possible Liver Shunt, we will have to do a test in a couple of weeks when she is better.
But she is starting to be her old self again which is great
But I think sometimes dogs need deep sleep like us. And cuddle against me and my husband makes it more comfortable for her
She had no worries whatsoever
