well I'm not sure. A man (a vet tech, I'm guessing) came out to the waiting room and as I was standing up, took Abby and said "I'll just take her back for the vet to see her so we dont have to charge you for such a short visit." I was a bit confused, but I let him go ahead and take her. Then he brought her back out and said the vet said it's just a normal reaction that can take up to 2 months to go away. Then we left.
And no, I do not use Banfield's service. My vet is called "Highland Heights Animal Hospital." But may I ask why?
