If you didn't get Windsor Neutered until 2 how did you get him not to mark his area???
We got a resuce yorkie last Fri. Cozmo will be 2 in Jan, he is not neutered and marks everything and anything. He is getting neutered on Nov 14. But he is a very active dog. He is more a loner, and Deiter trys and trys to play with him. Cozmo will play maybe 1/2 hour the most other wise just lays around.
