I didn't have Windsor neutered until after he was two years old and he is still very active, much more so than my girls who are almost one and two years old. As far as the baby teeth, it is normal for them to remove them if they don't lose them by themself but I think six months is a little early. My guys all retained the canine (long teeth) until at least a year but eventually lost them. Abbie actually still has hers, she'll be a year old Christmas Eve.
