Omg Rini - they can KILL a person - they vicious - it's a good thing you weren't allergic...I've been here a long time and STILL have stood on a mound without knowing it - what happened to you must have been excruciating - they can leave permanent scars...and that's AFTER you get done feeling on FIRE...then they itch for DAYS -
man I hate thost things with a passion - I spray my yard constantly for them - they can take down an animal in Texas...
