Sorry, I'm just now seeing this. We actually just had meatloaf this past weekend and MY recipe is WAY easier than all the ones posted here. You are all so talented but if you want something really, really easy here's my secret..... it's in a can called Hunt's Meatloaf Fixin's (I find it on the aisle with the Rotel tomatoes). All you need to add is the meat, eggs, breadcrumbs and any extra seasoning you want (I am very generous with the garlic powder). Thought maybe some of you would like to take the easy way out with me!
