I agree, the Shelter should have looked into the circumstances of the case, checked out the family to make sure that it is indeed a suitable home and that the kids are responsible, and signed a new contract with the new family. End of story, everyone wins. I just watched a clip where the owner of Mutts & Moms has said she now has NO intention of returning Iggy to this family after the way SHE has been treated. Well, I thought shelters were supposed to be out for the well being of the DOG not this woman's stubborn pride!
