Phew...what an experience!!! Diva finally got the cord severed..I thought that rubbery thing would never cut through....Placenta's all accounted for..Puppy latched on with no problem...eating well, made noise & has had a poo(i'm sure a pee too but I can't tell with all the wetness on the sheets!!! I am soooo happy & proud of Diva...she was a wonderful 1st time mom!!! She is still trying to eat at the puppy's remaining umbilical cord ....should I let her do that?
