department stores won't approve you? they were the only ones that would approve me for a while.
i agree...be very careful with credit cards....that's why i say a "low limit" department store card is usually good. the interest rates are high but it helps build credit
co-signing is a good idea too.
so, regions has agreed to give you a loan?
