I couldn't have said it better myself. BOTH parties didn't follow proper protocol, and with that being said, "rules" could have been broken again to allow Iggy to remain with this family. Eleven and twelve year olds are not babies that will pull a pup's tail. I just heard on the news today that in Maine (

PS. I'm NOT stating my opinion on BC for kids. Just making a comparison. Thanks.
