I have had that happen on occassion when they are not sick, but I would be extra catious with Bikini as she was so sick. Keep a close eye on her when she is napping and see if she is hard to wake from a short nap. Could it be that going all night is too long for her without something on her tummy. WHen Cali was a puppy and so sick I had to feed her every 4-5 hours so that she would not go hypoglycemic. Maybe try feeding her right before bed and if possible a snack or nutrical during the night. I hope she get better soon I know how hard it's beeen for you both.
