I bet he is not eating because of the shots. I bought a real baby playpen for Tricksie and put a bed in it along with pee pads. She would never go potty outside, always on the hunt for something. She a year old now and I have a few pee pads around the house and she always uses them.
I have done this many times for sick babies, cook white rice in low sodium chicken broth, the Vet told me this.
