Default We brought our puppy home today. Help!

Logan is almost 11 weeks old, and the vet/breeder believed he was ready to go to his permanent home. They are keeping the female in the litter because she is not eating and weighs only 1 pound. Logan weighs 1.55 lbs.

When I first brought him home, he wanted to explore. I took him outside to potty, but he didn't go. I tried to get him to eat and drink something, but he wouldn't. I put him in his crate, but he didn't want to be there. So I held him for awhile, and he calmed down and went to sleep. Now he's napping in his crate.

He got shots before we left, so he may be feeling a little poorly from that.

Question: how do I get him to eat? I've heard it's normal for puppies to not eat well when they first go to their new homes. But I'm afraid if he doesn't eat something soon, he's going to get sick. The vet said to call him if Logan goes 24 hours without eating.

Any advice for a new Yorkie owner is greatly appreciated! P.S. I do have Nutri-Cal on hand. He had some this morning with the aspiren the vet gave him before he got his shots.
