Not sure about your hunch, but a pre-congrats to the upcoming 5 puppies and wishing you a smooth and easy whelping. My Lexie just had 4 last Sunday and they are doing well. Just got home from having their tails and dew claws done so they and mom are resting. I'll be watching for your whelping news, so keep us posted.
