She sounds like a doggie that needs LOTS of exercise. She needs a good long run a couple times a day for sure. At home, give her rescue remedy. It's all natural and has a nice calming effect. She's a bit out of control and maybe you could talk to your mom about her taking the dog to obedience training. The dribbling is due to nerves.
