I don't think that any of those things would be wrong to do. If you are feeding a high quality dog food you don't have to supplement if you don't want to. There is cottage cheese in Innova regular already. I would personally get her off of the reduced fat since she doesn't need it. Canidae sounds fine and there are a few others too. You can use Missing Link anytime you want. It would be fine to give yogurt or cottage cheese. I would give it with one meal. Actually I would probably add something to it (like fruit) and serve it by itself in the middle of the day.
