One of my yorkies, Lulu, was diagnosed with LP earlier this year and I have been giving her a prescription form of glucosamine called Cosequin that is in the form of a sprinkle pill that you open up and put on their food. I cannot tell yet if it has helped and I am also giving it to her for the possible help it may be with her slight colapsing trachea. I had tried to give her other forms and brands on my own but she would not take them. We have had good success with this since my vet prescribed it for us. |
